المدخلات وتحتفظ بسجلات لجميع المعاملات المحاسبية لنظام المحاسبة إرب ودفتر الأستاذ العام على سبيل المثال. والحسابات المستحقة الدفع، والحسابات المستحقة القبض والفواتير، من أجل تلبية لوائح الشركة والتشريعات المحاسبية المحلية. ينفذ المعاملات المصرفية خلال التسوية الشهرية. إعداد الفواتير والشيكات وفقا لالتزامات الدفع للشركة والاتصال مع الإدارات المعنية (ق) لتسوية التناقضات الدفع، من أجل ضمان الامتثال لإجراءات الشركة العائدات إلى مدفوعات جميع فواتير الشركة أو أي التزام مدفوعات أخرى، على سبيل المثال. نفقات الموظفين، مع التركيز على التنفيذ السليم وفقا للجدول الزمني، شروط الدفع والإجراءات عند إزالة المدفوعات، يدخل وملفات جميع الإجراءات أو الوثائق لنظام المحاسبة إرب، من أجل الامتثال للوائح المحاسبة المحلية ورصد النفقات ويشارك في إجراءات الإغلاق الشهرية. أجوبة على استفسارات الموردين بشأن شروط الدفع أو تنفيذ جدول الدفع، من أجل تزويدهم بالمعلومات الكافية. في حالات أكثر تعقيدا القضايا تصعد التحقيق إلى المزيد من كبار المهنيين تنتج تقرير الضريبة المقتطعة للمراجعة من المحاسب الأقدم وتقديمها إلى دائرة الضرائب يحدد الأعطال ومسائل النظر فيما يتعلق بكفاءة نظام المحاسبة إرب، والإبلاغ عن أي نتائج إلى المحاسب الأقدم تطوير التقارير التحليلية المتعلقة بجميع معاملات الدفع، وتبين تحليل الفروق وتسليط الضوء على التغييرات الرئيسية على المدفوعات، مما يتيح تدفق المعلومات دقيقة داخل قسم المحاسبة. | Inputs and keeps records of all accounting transactions to the accounting ERP system and general ledger e.g. accounts payable, accounts receivable and invoices, in order to meet company regulations and local accounting legislation. Performs the bank transactions during the monthly reconciliation. Prepares invoices and cheques according to the payment obligations of the company and liaises with the respective department(s) for resolution of payment discrepancies, in order to ensure compliance with company procedures Proceeds to payments of all company’s invoices or any other payments obligation, e.g. employee expenses, focusing on their proper execution according to schedule, payment terms and procedures Upon clearance of payments, enters and files all actions or documentation to the accounting ERP system, in order to comply with local accounting regulations and monitoring of expenses and participates in the monthly closing procedures. Answers to suppliers’ inquiries concerning payments terms or execution of payment schedule, in order to provide them the adequate information. In cases of more complex issues escalates the inquiry to more senior professionals Produces the withholding tax report for review from the Senior Accountant and submission to the Tax department Identifies malfunctions and issues of consideration concerning the efficiency of the accounting ERP system, reporting any findings to the Senior Accountant Develops analytical reporting concerning all payment transactions, showing analysis of variances and highlighting key changes on payments, thus enabling the accurate information flow within the accounting department. |
